Unity Ridge Coffee coordinates shipping in close collaboration with our buyers to ensure clarity, reliability, and alignment with logistical needs. Because our coffees are sourced and delivered through wholesale and trade channels, shipping terms vary by order, destination, and volume.
All shipments are confirmed directly prior to dispatch.
Shipping Options
Shipping arrangements are discussed and confirmed at the time of ordering and may include:
- Domestic delivery from U.S. warehouses (where applicable)
- International freight coordinated from origin
- Buyer-arranged pickup or freight forwarding

Incoterms & Delivery
Unity Ridge Coffee supports multiple delivery terms depending on buyer preference and shipment structure. Incoterms, freight responsibility, and delivery points are agreed upon prior to shipment.

Receiving Your Coffee
Buyers are responsible for receiving shipments at the agreed delivery location. Upon arrival, we recommend:
- Inspecting bags or cartons for visible damage
- Confirming quantities against shipping documentation
- Notifying Unity Ridge promptly of any issues
Proper receiving procedures help ensure quality and accountability throughout the supply chain.
Damages & Claims
If coffee arrives with visible damage or discrepancies:
- Note any issues on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery
- Take photos where applicable
- Contact Unity Ridge Coffee promptly
We will work with buyers and logistics partners to review and address concerns in accordance with agreed shipping terms.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of coffee as an agricultural and consumable product, returns are not accepted once coffee has shipped or been received, except in cases of confirmed shipping damage or fulfillment error.
All concerns are handled on a case-by-case basis with fairness and transparency.
Sample Shipping
Samples are shipped separately from commercial orders and are intended for evaluation purposes only.
